At this time, DTF Xpress Transfers ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the customer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
At the moment, we ship via USPS and UPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take between 1 and 3 business days to process and leave our facility.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are NOT Business Days. Orders received after 3:00pm are considered ordered on the following business day.
Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping provider (USPS or UPS) it’s usually an additional 1-5 days depending on your distance from our location. All ordered are shipped from Harlingen Tx, 78552.
Upon Shipping, you will receive a Tracking Number via email.
If you choose to return any other product/order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The original shipping charges and up to a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must be in original condition and free of any debris, contaminates or defects.
All returns must be pre-approved and use a shipping method that includes tracking information. We are not responsible for orders lost during the return process.
No returns will be authorized after 5 days of order receipt.
